Single units consist of a combined living, dining and sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom. In front there is a small private garden the width of the unit and overlooking the common lawn. The back door opens to a private porch where the waste bin, garden tools etc. can be kept. These units are designed for single individuals, and there are 65 of these units in our complex. Residents can beautify their outside gardens and back porches themselves with plants and decorations.

Double units are designed for couples and have a living and dining area and a separate bedroom. These units are also equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. The front garden and back porch are larger than the single unit, covering the full width of the unit. As with the single units but with more space, the double unit garden and back porch are often personalised with plants and other decorations to enhance there outdoors experience. Oranjehof has 13 double units in the complex.

The extended units are as the double units but feature a larger footprint, some with an extra bedroom and others with an extra-large living and dining area. These supersized units also have a kitchen and bathroom, as all units have, and a bigger front garden and back porch. There are 8 extended units in the village.
